My Approach

I LIVE TO EAT.

I love food and feel that it can be fun and enjoyable while also being healthy. I do not believe in crazy diets or cutting anything out. To me, food is one of the greatest joys in life.

However, having a positive relationship with food can be hard. With so many fad diets and conflicting information it seems impossible to know what is healthy anymore. 

More and more people are starting to realize the connection between food and our health but with so much information it can be intimidating and frustrating trying to decipher what is right and what is best for you.

There is no one plan that is best for everyone. Our bodies are all unique and have different needs and reactions to food. However, with a little knowledge and understanding, figuring out the right plan for you can be easy and FUN!
